Managed and developed a large multi-country project, launching 12 international American Tower Corporation web sites in one year’s time. Managed improvement of the Percussion CMS platform and site structure to ensure platform stability and uninterrupted platform performance. Created a library of training videos and documentation to educate and train regional business users and conducted monthly training sessions for the global team to increase adoption of the platform by the regional business users. The initiative resulted in empowering business users to self-serve content updates, which is critical for the simplification and management of the global web sites. Manage content management workflow and administration and provide ongoing technical support to the regional users. Created a WIKI using TiddlyWiki and WordPress for use by IT to create and maintain technical documentation. Develop microsites and prototypes for internal and public facing applications.

Developed and maintained www.lasell.edu, creating and integrating departmental blogs into the college’s content management system, Ingeniux. Provided web and graphic design for various departments, including posters, landing pages, banner ads, full-page web wrappers, electronic and print billboards, Lasell College pole banners, and banner images for FaceBook and LinkedIn. Provided software training and support to my co-workers as needed.
Major Initiatives/Accomplishments: I created the college’s new graduate studies website, which involved gathering requirements from senior staff, creating and organizing the information architecture for the site, drawing up basic wireframes, creating detailed color mockups of the site using Photoshop and Illustrator, and finally building the fully responsive site, providing quality assurance and testing, and ensuring cross platform/cross browser compatibility.

Developed www.americantower.com, the responsive company web site, using Percussion CM1 content management system. Built internal and client facing web applications and websites. Built the UI for American Tower's Online Application (OLA), Asset Manager Mobile and Site Locator Mobile applications using HTML, CSS, jQuery. Developed applications and sites keeping in line with cross-browser compatibility.
Major Initiatives/Accomplishments: I Earned my Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. Six Sigma is driven by the DMAIC improvement cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). I was nominated by my co-workers, two years in a row, for the American Tower TowerStar Award for performance excellence and professionalism. I also won an award for excellence from the EMEA regional manager for exhibiting professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Develop www.atg.com using HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Performed quality assurance and testing. Designed animated banner ads. Managed email communications to customers, prospects, partners and employees. Designed web graphics. Designed animated PowerPoint presentations.
Major Initiative/Accomplishment: I, along with the web development team lead, rebuilt www.atg.com in its entirety, working from comps, and uploading graphic library to the content management system. The initiative resulted in a major increase in site traffic, conversions and increased ROI for ATG.
ATG was acquired by Oracle in 2011 and my position was eliminated.
